About This Font
Brutal is a hand‑crafted, gritty display typeface that thrives on intentional irregularities and bold, jagged strokes. Its uneven geometry and aggressive angles give it a rebellious, urban personality that commands attention while retaining a raw, authentic charm. The distressed contours and subtle variations in weight create a sense of movement, making each letter feel alive and unapologetically bold. This isn’t just a font; it’s a visual statement that injects energy and attitude into any design. Ideal for eye‑catching headlines, album covers, street‑wear branding, and immersive poster art, Brutal shines on busy textures and textured backdrops without losing legibility. Use it to amplify logos, event flyers, or social‑media graphics that need a punch of character. Pair it with clean sans‑serifs for contrast or layer it over grunge textures for maximum impact. Its versatility also makes it perfect for tattoo mock‑ups, game UI, and edgy packaging where a strong visual voice is required.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no watermark and no export limit. The tool runs in your browser, so your text never leaves your device.
Will the SVG work in Cricut Design Space?
Yes — the export is a true vector path, not an image traced into one, so it uploads and cuts cleanly. The same file opens in Silhouette Studio, Illustrator, Inkscape and Figma.
Can I sell what I make?
That depends on the font, not on the tool — each font page states its licence. Many are free for personal use with a commercial licence available from the original designer, and the licence line links straight to the source.
Do I need to install the font first?
No. The font loads in the page, so you can set your text and export without installing anything. You can still download the font file separately if you want it on your system.
