About This Font
Downgrade is a lively brush‑script typeface that captures the spontaneous energy of a fresh ink stroke. Its slightly uneven terminals and subtle swashes give it a confident, street‑wise personality while remaining inviting and readable. The letterforms balance bold presence with a relaxed flow, making the font feel both edgy and approachable. This blend of character and clarity lets your message stand out without looking forced. Perfect for eye‑catching headlines, brand logos, event invitations, and product packaging, Downgrade adds a handcrafted vibe to any visual story. Use it on billboards, blog headers, flyers, greeting cards, or digital screens to create a sense of immediacy and authenticity. The font works beautifully in both large‑scale signage and intimate print pieces, delivering a consistent voice across print and web. Its versatile style also shines in screen‑printed apparel, sticker designs, and social‑media graphics, giving each project a distinctive, hand‑crafted flair.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no watermark and no export limit. The tool runs in your browser, so your text never leaves your device.
Will the SVG work in Cricut Design Space?
Yes — the export is a true vector path, not an image traced into one, so it uploads and cuts cleanly. The same file opens in Silhouette Studio, Illustrator, Inkscape and Figma.
Can I sell what I make?
That depends on the font, not on the tool — each font page states its licence. Many are free for personal use with a commercial licence available from the original designer, and the licence line links straight to the source.
Do I need to install the font first?
No. The font loads in the page, so you can set your text and export without installing anything. You can still download the font file separately if you want it on your system.
