About This Font
Kruger: A Brutal Brushed Horror Display Typeface
Kruger embodies the raw, visceral energy of a midnight horror film, featuring jagged, brushed strokes that look as if they were carved by a trembling hand. This display typeface radiates an unsettling, gritty character, with uneven edges and aggressive textures that demand immediate attention. Its visual identity is deeply rooted in decay and danger, creating an instant atmosphere of suspense and fear. Every letterform feels unstable and organic, ensuring your message cuts through the noise with a chilling impact.
This versatile font is the perfect choice for crafting memorable movie posters, spine-grabbing book covers, and atmospheric social media graphics. Designers can use Kruger to create striking logos for gaming studios, music artists in the metal or industrial genres, and event promotions for haunted attractions. It excels in short-form typography where a powerful visual statement is needed, such as headlines, taglines, and limited-time offers. The distressed quality adds a layer of authenticity, making it ideal for any project that thrives on a dark, edgy aesthetic.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no watermark and no export limit. The tool runs in your browser, so your text never leaves your device.
Will the SVG work in Cricut Design Space?
Yes — the export is a true vector path, not an image traced into one, so it uploads and cuts cleanly. The same file opens in Silhouette Studio, Illustrator, Inkscape and Figma.
Can I sell what I make?
That depends on the font, not on the tool — each font page states its licence. Many are free for personal use with a commercial licence available from the original designer, and the licence line links straight to the source.
Do I need to install the font first?
No. The font loads in the page, so you can set your text and export without installing anything. You can still download the font file separately if you want it on your system.
