About This Font
Lazy Mummy Font
Gothic Horror with a Playful Drip Twist
Lazy Mummy is a charming duo designed to bring spooky season energy to your creative projects with a touch of whimsical horror. This decorative typeface features exaggerated dripping effects and skeletal motifs that perfectly capture the macabre aesthetic of Halloween. The characters are crafted with a hand-drawn authenticity that feels both eerie and inviting, striking a unique balance between dark atmosphere and playful fun. Its visual weight is substantial, making it an ideal display font for headlines that need to command attention without losing their quirky personality.
Use this font to create memorable branding for autumn events, social media graphics, and seasonal advertisements. It shines in logo design, party invitations, and greeting cards where a festive yet spooky tone is desired. Designers can also leverage its distinct drip details for album covers, planner layouts, and photo overlays that require a thematic edge. Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no watermark and no export limit. The tool runs in your browser, so your text never leaves your device.
Will the SVG work in Cricut Design Space?
Yes — the export is a true vector path, not an image traced into one, so it uploads and cuts cleanly. The same file opens in Silhouette Studio, Illustrator, Inkscape and Figma.
Can I sell what I make?
That depends on the font, not on the tool — each font page states its licence. Many are free for personal use with a commercial licence available from the original designer, and the licence line links straight to the source.
Do I need to install the font first?
No. The font loads in the page, so you can set your text and export without installing anything. You can still download the font file separately if you want it on your system.
