About This Font
Montass captures the raw, spontaneous energy of a thick black marker gliding across a whiteboard, blending authentic handwritten imperfections with bold, confident strokes. The letterforms possess a casual, approachable personality that feels unpolished yet strikingly modern, evoking a sense of immediate connection and genuine human touch. Its dynamic rhythm and variable line weight give the typeface a lively, energetic mood that stands out in any composition. This script avoids stiffness, instead offering a relaxed vibe that invites the viewer to lean in and engage with your message. Ideal for personal touches in stationery, Montass shines on wedding invitations, birthday cards, and holiday greetings where warmth is paramount. Designers can also leverage its eye-catching quality for social media graphics, motivational posters, and branding elements that require a friendly, non-corporate tone. It pairs beautifully with clean sans-serifs or classic serifs to create balanced layouts that feel both professional and personal. Whether used for headlines or accent text, this font ensures your communication feels heartfelt rather than mechanical.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no watermark and no export limit. The tool runs in your browser, so your text never leaves your device.
Will the SVG work in Cricut Design Space?
Yes — the export is a true vector path, not an image traced into one, so it uploads and cuts cleanly. The same file opens in Silhouette Studio, Illustrator, Inkscape and Figma.
Can I sell what I make?
That depends on the font, not on the tool — each font page states its licence. Many are free for personal use with a commercial licence available from the original designer, and the licence line links straight to the source.
Do I need to install the font first?
No. The font loads in the page, so you can set your text and export without installing anything. You can still download the font file separately if you want it on your system.
