About This Font
Scaramouche is a lively, hand‑drawn script that feels like a mischievous invitation to the party. Its flowing connections and subtle swashes give every line a sense of movement, while the gentle curves keep the tone approachable and friendly. The font’s playful personality makes it perfect for projects that need a touch of charm without feeling overdone. Whether you’re designing a wedding invitation or a playful brand logo, Scaramouche brings an instant sense of joy and whimsy. Use Scaramouche to add character to greeting cards, event programs, or boutique packaging. Its rich set of alternates and ornament sets allow you to tailor each piece to a specific mood—think elegant swashes for formal invites or bold, chunky strokes for modern, youthful branding. The connected nature of the type makes it ideal for long, flowing headlines or decorative call‑out text. With three weights and matching ornaments, you can create a cohesive hierarchy while keeping the look playful and engaging.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no watermark and no export limit. The tool runs in your browser, so your text never leaves your device.
Will the SVG work in Cricut Design Space?
Yes — the export is a true vector path, not an image traced into one, so it uploads and cuts cleanly. The same file opens in Silhouette Studio, Illustrator, Inkscape and Figma.
Can I sell what I make?
That depends on the font, not on the tool — each font page states its licence. Many are free for personal use with a commercial licence available from the original designer, and the licence line links straight to the source.
Do I need to install the font first?
No. The font loads in the page, so you can set your text and export without installing anything. You can still download the font file separately if you want it on your system.
