About This Font
Shantuya feels like a friendly note scribbled with a soft‑tipped pen, its rounded strokes and subtle irregularities giving it an inviting, down‑to‑earth personality. The letterforms balance casual charm with crisp readability, making the typeface feel both relaxed and purposeful. Its gentle flow adds a human touch without sacrificing legibility, while the modest contrast keeps the eye comfortable across sizes. Overall, Shantuya exudes a warm, approachable mood that works beautifully in both playful and refined contexts. Designed for versatility, Shantuya shines on textured backgrounds, hand‑lettered logos, and eye‑catching headlines alike. It pairs effortlessly with clean sans‑serifs for contrast‑driven layouts or stands alone as a bold statement piece. Use it to give invitations, packaging, social media graphics, or editorial spreads a personal, handcrafted feel. The font’s open counters and balanced weight also make it ideal for branding, murals, and even subtle body copy where a touch of personality is desired.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no watermark and no export limit. The tool runs in your browser, so your text never leaves your device.
Will the SVG work in Cricut Design Space?
Yes — the export is a true vector path, not an image traced into one, so it uploads and cuts cleanly. The same file opens in Silhouette Studio, Illustrator, Inkscape and Figma.
Can I sell what I make?
That depends on the font, not on the tool — each font page states its licence. Many are free for personal use with a commercial licence available from the original designer, and the licence line links straight to the source.
Do I need to install the font first?
No. The font loads in the page, so you can set your text and export without installing anything. You can still download the font file separately if you want it on your system.
