About This Font
Simple Komika – Playful Hand‑Drawn Comic Typeface Simple Komika bursts with the joyous energy of a child’s sketchbook, marrying clean, legible strokes with a mischievous, hand‑crafted flair. The rounded letterforms are softened by heart‑shaped dots and quirky terminals, giving the typeface a warm, approachable personality that feels both fresh and nostalgic. Its informal rhythm invites smiles, while the balanced proportions keep it readable across sizes, making it instantly likable without sacrificing professionalism. Designed for projects that crave a lighthearted touch, Simple Komika shines on children’s books, educational apps, whimsical branding, and greeting‑card layouts. It adds a lively, story‑book feel to packaging, posters, and social‑media graphics, while its subtle comic vibe works beautifully for logo marks and mascot lettering. Pair it with bold colors or hand‑drawn illustrations to amplify its playful spirit, or combine it with a clean sans‑serif for a modern, mixed‑type hierarchy.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no watermark and no export limit. The tool runs in your browser, so your text never leaves your device.
Will the SVG work in Cricut Design Space?
Yes — the export is a true vector path, not an image traced into one, so it uploads and cuts cleanly. The same file opens in Silhouette Studio, Illustrator, Inkscape and Figma.
Can I sell what I make?
That depends on the font, not on the tool — each font page states its licence. Many are free for personal use with a commercial licence available from the original designer, and the licence line links straight to the source.
Do I need to install the font first?
No. The font loads in the page, so you can set your text and export without installing anything. You can still download the font file separately if you want it on your system.
