About This Font
Squid Boy Inky Bleed Playful and expressive hand-drawn typography with an organic fluid feel
Squid Boy Inky Bleed captures the chaotic charm of squid ink splattering across a page, blending raw artistic energy with a surprisingly structured layout. This multilingual typeface features a distinct visual style that mimics the natural spread of liquid pigment, giving every letterform a unique, textured personality. The mood is vibrant and dynamic, striking a perfect balance between professional legibility and spontaneous creative flair. It feels alive and dynamic, inviting viewers to engage with the text as much as the surrounding design elements.
This versatile font is ideal for branding projects that need a splash of personality, such as seafood packaging, indie music posters, or playful social media graphics. Its organic edges soften rigid layouts, making it excellent for children’s books, event invitations, or editorial headlines that require a touch of whimsy. Designers can use the varying weights to create hierarchy without losing the cohesive inky aesthetic, ensuring that the message remains clear while the style remains bold. Whether you are creating a logo or a full marketing campaign, this typeface adds an immediate layer of visual interest that captures attention quickly.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no watermark and no export limit. The tool runs in your browser, so your text never leaves your device.
Will the SVG work in Cricut Design Space?
Yes — the export is a true vector path, not an image traced into one, so it uploads and cuts cleanly. The same file opens in Silhouette Studio, Illustrator, Inkscape and Figma.
Can I sell what I make?
That depends on the font, not on the tool — each font page states its licence. Many are free for personal use with a commercial licence available from the original designer, and the licence line links straight to the source.
Do I need to install the font first?
No. The font loads in the page, so you can set your text and export without installing anything. You can still download the font file separately if you want it on your system.
